What is Holistic Mentorship?

Holistic mentoring is a modern approach to personal development and growth that (like all holistic modalities) takes into account physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. Unlike traditional one-on-one or group coaching models, holistic mentors provide a well-rounded approach to support clients in achieving their highest potential. The aim of this type of mentorship is to explore various aspects of an individual’s life and health in order to foster self-awareness, clarity, and direction.

A key difference between holistic mentoring and traditional mentoring is the focus on the whole person rather than just one specific area. 

Holistic mentoring also differs from traditional coaching primarily in its intention: while traditional coaching is often focused on improving performance or results within one particular area, holistic mentors focus on helping individuals create meaningful lifestyle changes that align with core values and beliefs.
