I have been a health advocate and facilitator for over a decade, helping clients achieve optimal health, well-being, and true self-realization. My mission is to help individuals release limiting beliefs, overcome mental and physical barriers, and develop a life plan that supports their unique needs and goals.
Through my work, I seek to empower individuals to design and live the life they desire by taking a step-by-step approach utilizing my unique methodology to full and complete health.

My appointment with was my first time using iridology to look into my health. The process of photographing my eyes was quick and easy, and I was able to relax in a comfortable chair while she worked her magic. We spent at least an hour discussing an overview of what the mapping showed, and it was all quite accurate. Through iridology, I was able to look at myself in a way I had not yet been able to, and was able to learn new things about myself while confirming some thoughts on my own natural tendencies. I feel that I can take what I learned and use it to help me in my journey of growth and healing.
